Arrival and Departure Policy

The check-in time of the bookings is subjected to an availability of 1400 hours earlier. When check-in is guaranteed, the reservation will have to be made a night prior.

The check-outs are formulated to be 1200 hours late according to the client’s requirement.

Identity Proof

According to the norms of the Government, it is mandatory to for all the clients to carry the concerned ID Proof which plays a crucial role in the check-in process. The ID proof will have to be the concerned national’s representation along with the valid Visa. Driving license, Passport, Aadhar card or voter ID card are accepted. In case any corporate bookings are made, it is advised to keep a note of the handy proof.

Guarantee Policy

The bookings will be followed up by a reservation made using Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI or any other form of payment. Acceptance of all major credit cards is to be noted.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the booking upto 3 rooms must be fostered before 48 hours of the date of arrival.  For 4 and above rooms 15 days cancellation notice is required to avoid cancellation charges. The cancellation charges that are to be incurred will be equal to one night’s stay for up to 3 rooms and 2 nights for 4 and above rooms.

Cancellations that are made on offer rooms with 100% advance deposit are non-cancellable and cannot be amended throughout the stay.

Refund Policy

The request for cancellation will be put into consideration according to the requirement of the client. Hotels will get in touch with the concerned bank to initiate the required crediting process. The refund process is linked to the credit card that is put into the purchase.

The policy of amount reflection will be made according to the norms of the billing cycle of a credit card. It would sometimes take 30-45 days depending upon the banks to reflect the refund amount.

Guaranteed confirmation and cancellation

Group reservations will be confirmed with proper advance or a valid credit card receipt number carrying an expiry date.

Reservations and Recommendations

●       Several plans pop up in the last hour which often turns hectic. Cancellations/ recommendations will have to be fostered prior to the arrival to avoid negotiations. The cancellation of the reserved rooms will have to be made 30 days or prior to the date of arrival in order to avail the retention charges.

·       In case the clients get to acknowledge the cancellation within a short period of time, then the required amount that is to be debited will be liable to a one-night and a-day charge along with taxes.

●       Booking which were made on non-cancellable rooms will not be cancelled. In case the same will have to pertain with cancellation, the advance paid will be considered as a cancellation fee.

Child Policy

Few separate considerations are put into practice with respect to children. Children below the age of 12 years can be accommodated with parents in the same room. In case there is a requirement of another bed facility, the same will be provided with charges that are separately initiated that carry taxes accordingly.

For children above the age of 12 years will require another room. In case the child (Above 12 years age) is to be accommodated in the same room of parents then a separate bed will not be provided.

Customized amenities

●        An accessibility of customized beds and the zone of smoking will be provided according to the requirement of customers.

●        Need of another bed in the room will be met with the taxable charges that are initiated.

●        Children up to the age of 6 years can avail complimentary breakfast if the room is booked on breakfast plan.

●        Children below the age of 12 years can be accommodated for free in the same room

    Smoking Prohibited

Since there has been a forum that is put forth by the government with respect to “No smoking” Hotels are getting abided by the same. Hotels are therefore intended to prohibit where few are arranged as a part of designated guest rooms upon customer preferences.
